I qualified as a solicitor in 2009, and since then I have specialised in residential property. I have extensive knowledge of dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing including; sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, newbuilds, BTL’s, remortgages, transfers, right to buy & release of equity.
I have great working relationships with major developers, estate agents and mortgage advisors. My clients range from individuals to large company corporates, and I tailor myself to each individual client’s needs. I pride myself on providing a swift, personalised and quality service to all.

Is the most experienced member of our administration team and prides herself in her role with excellent communication skills and attention to detail, always goes out of her way to help clients and colleagues.

Rida started her conveyancing journey in 2017 as an admin assistant and since she has succeeded to becoming a conveyancer.
She is known for her understanding and caring nature when assisting clients through the process of selling, buying or mortgaging and making it as seamless as possible.
